My friend keeps saying the max they have ever been were 100k+60e...which im 100% sure is wrong...how much were they when they first came out

Well in 21-02-2007 on a un-named site 235 ecto was normal for an armbrace. I will PM the link to you to rub in your friends face.

may as well post here. I just came back to this game after a pretty long break, and want to fill up my HoM. Problem is though I don't have Nightfall expansion, so I will have to buy my Tormented weapons. How much do they go for now? I see I can also get Destroyer weapons to fill up as well, how much do those go for?

i remember trading titan gems for 60k+ each back in the days...

Destroyer weapons today will run you about 25k average an item to purchase. It's only 5k if you have the mats and can get a trusty friend to run and craft it for you.

"back in the day" i was selling titans for 100k+10e

Today you can buy armbraces for 45e each and destroyer weaps around 25-30k

at the time 1 ecto was still worth 12k+,so everything cost more not just braces
